Extracts biomarker values from uploaded blood test reports (PDF, JPG, PNG)
Analyzes markers using the Health Score V3 scoring engine across 15 health categories
Generates health scores, silent risk assessments, and personalized action plans
Matches users with verified doctors based on health findings and location

The health scores, risk assessments, and recommendations provided by HealthDrift are generated by AI algorithms and are intended for informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any health-related decision.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
Upload only your own blood test reports or reports you are authorized to submit
Provide accurate demographic information (age, gender) for proper analysis
Review extracted values for accuracy before proceeding with analysis
Not use the Service for emergency medical situations — call emergency services instead
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Health Score V3 scoring methodology
5. Data Handling & Privacy
Uploaded reports are processed by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o Vision) for biomarker extraction
Report data is used solely for generating your health analysis
We do not sell, share, or transfer your health data to third parties for marketing

6. Payment & Pricing
The Service is priced at ₹25 per report analysis (subject to change)
Payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
All payments are one-time — there are no hidden subscriptions or recurring charges
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment
7. Accuracy & Limitations
Health Score V3 analyzes 120+ biomarkers across 15 health categories
Accuracy depends on the quality and legibility of the uploaded report
Reference ranges are adjusted for South Asian / Indian population demographics
The AI extraction process may occasionally misread values — users are given the opportunity to review and correct extracted values before analysis
Silent risk screening is probabilistic and does not constitute a diagnosis
8. Doctor Matching
HealthDrift matches users with doctors from our database of 9,700+ verified doctors across 53 Indian cities
Doctor information is sourced from public directories and is regularly updated
HealthDrift does not guarantee doctor availability, appointment booking, or consultation outcomes
Consultation fees displayed are indicative and may vary
9. Intellectual Property
The Health Score V3 scoring engine, algorithms, compound condition detectors, and associated methodologies are proprietary to HealthDrift
The HealthDrift name, logo, and Health Score V3 branding are trademarks of HealthDrift
Users may not copy, replicate, or create derivative works from the scoring methodology
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthDrift and its team shall not be liable for:
Any medical decisions made based on the Service's output
Inaccuracies in AI-extracted values that were not corrected during the review step
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
